Kayli Phillips: I’ve been slackin lately.. Started my sesh with strength wod of 10 sets of 2 Backsquats (175lbs) with 5 butterfly pullups between ea set. Then burner of 5rds:10 bodyweight deadlifts (125lbs), 20 overhead alt lunges with 45lb plate. Finished sesh with strict ring dip work.
